Buying and selling
The ticket before and after graduation, slippage, and how prices are shown.
On the curve
The ticket on a coin page sends buy and sell straight to the coin's curve from your wallet. Quotes are computed from the live reserves, with the fee and creator tax shown. Slippage is 0.5, 1, 3 or 5%; the minimum you accept is derived from it, and the curve reverts the trade if the price moved past it. Selling needs a one-time token approval to the curve.
On the pool
Once a coin has graduated the ticket switches to its Uniswap v4 pool. Quotes come from Uniswap's Quoter and include the pool and hook fees. Swaps go through the Uniswap Universal Router: a buy is one transaction with ETH attached; a sell approves the token to Permit2 once, lets Permit2 allow the router (valid 30 days), then swaps.
Prices
- Prices and values read in USD everywhere; ETH/USD comes from Hyperliquid mid prices, refreshed every minute. A coin quoted in an asset with no USD feed falls back to that asset.
- The coin page chart plots market cap: price times the 1 billion supply. After graduation the live value comes from the pool.
- A graduated coin's price, market cap, volume and 24 h change come from the deepest pool DexScreener indexes for it.
What the ticket refuses
- A buy larger than the ETH in your wallet, or a sell of more coins than you hold.
- A trade on a full curve while the sweep is pending, and any curve trade after graduation.
- A pool swap that would settle below your slippage floor; the router reverts and nothing moves.
